Although agriculture is of great importance in the Arab world, it suffers from many problems that differ from Qatar to Qatar. The problem of land acquisition was one of the problems facing Arab agriculture, as the conditions that the Arab corner experienced led to the accumulation of most of the agricultural lands in the hands of a handful of big owners.
Whereas the peasant, the real producer, did not own land, and this was one of the main reasons for the backwardness of naked agricultural production. There is a big difference between the one who cultivates the land and is the owner of it and the one who cultivates it as a tenant or a hired worker.
