Pilot Mohamed Manar, Minister of Civil Aviation, today received in his office Mr. Themoti Ezwan, Ambassador of the State of Cote d'Ivoire in Cairo, to discuss strengthening bilateral relations in the field of air transport industry.
During the meeting, the Minister of Civil Aviation welcomed the Ivorian ambassador, stressing the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the various fields of civil aviation, to complement the plan of the Ministry of Aviation to sign a number of air transport agreements with several African countries, in a way that contributes to increasing air traffic, air freight and the transfer of expertise and opening a way to increase Investment opportunities within the African civil aviation sector.
For his part, the ambassador expressed his happiness at this fruitful meeting, praising the depth of relations between Egypt and Cote d'Ivoire in various fields, especially Egypt's pioneering role in the air transport industry. Ezwan pointed out that there are many prospects for cooperation, especially in the field of air freight, looking forward to more cooperation in The aviation sector.
