Shurooq Abdel Hafeez Abdel Rahman, 21, began practicing the art of drawing since she was a student in the preparatory stage, she began with a rudimentary gradual drawing and took her talent step by step until she developed herself quickly.
Her family encouraged her to practice drawing, especially her father, may God have mercy on him, whose spirit still drives her to success as she always remembers his help.
Shurooq chose to practice the art of drawing in an unprecedented way, because it started with her as a coincidence since childhood, so she loved colors and coordinated them and had a special taste in all things.
Shurooq preferred to draw Mandela, and then she entered the stage of drawing portraiture and learned this genre in successive steps, and she is now training herself to learn al-Rasan using lead and charcoal, as well as learning Arabic calligraphy.
Shurooq developed her talent with her own abilities and personal interest, and with constant training, she did not wait for anyone to push her or encourage her, but a feeling of pure happiness that permeates her soul when she produces a new painting.
Shurooq plans to be a distinguished artist preparing herself to have a touch that is not similar to anyone and is not concerned with financial gain.
When she draws, she feels as if she is in another world, a world that is sufficient for her alone that separates her from people, universes, things and everything that disturbs her.
Shurooq hopes that she will develop further, spread art on the streets, and teach drawing to children and adults, because she believes that art is the symbol of true beauty and must spread.
