Assistant President of the Egyptian Party for Youth Affairs

When President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, makes inspection tours day and night to personally follow up on the projects under construction, and he drew my attention in one of those tours in the New Administrative Capital when the President was standing at the top of the scaffolds and personally following up on the smallest and every detail of those projects and their executive position and workflow Achievement rates and gives directions to complete them as soon as possible so that the citizen feels a noticeable change and follows up on the construction of roads, bridges, schools, universities, factories, mosques, churches, railways and hospitals, and affirms his sovereignty on the necessity of observing the strict adherence to measures to prevent the Coronavirus in order to preserve the safety of all workers and follow the same path. The Council of Ministers, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, and some ministers and governors, where are the rest of the officials responsible for that?

The legal oath that governors take before the President of the Republic in accordance with Article 25 of the Local Administration Law No. 43 of 1979 stipulates (that I take care of the interests of the people and the safety of the homeland), while Article 165 of the Constitution stipulates that the oath of the Prime Minister and the Ministers stipulates that (I shall fully care for the interests of the people) .

Unfortunately, part of these gentlemen in charge sit behind their luxurious offices surrounded by large groups of secretaries and advisors and close their car curtains and therefore they do not feel the pain of the citizens. It is not just their knowledge of matters through rosy reports that do not represent reality with any relevance.

And every official, starting from the bottom of the pyramid, the first building block of the state’s administrative apparatus, must follow its work properly and work with the required effort and give a real picture on the ground of those above it in the administrative structure in order to develop a sound strategic vision for all problems and obstacles and study ways to solve them in a sound scientific manner without intimidation or Underestimation.

If these officials open the doors of their offices and remove the blinds of their closed cars, the matter will change and the ray of truth will permeate them and stand on the real problems of citizens with their own eyes and exert more effort to solve citizens' problems because these jobs are mandated and not honorable, and thus we leave the time and effort appropriate for the political leadership to pursue more important and comprehensive matters and topics.

And last but not least, I extend a greeting of reverence, pride and appreciation to everyone who works hard for the sake of the nation's advancement, progress and making it ranks among the developed countries.

May God protect Egypt, its youth, its people, its army, its police, all Arab countries and the whole world from all evil and evil.

God . Motherland . Justice
