Benha University participates in the Heritage and Silk Road competition



 

Benha University, under the patronage of Dr. Jamal Al-Saeed, President of the University, participated in the Heritage and Fire Road competition, which was held on the sidelines of the meetings of the Silk Road Universities Alliance at Nazarbayev University in Kazakhstan, through the Zoom app.

On his part, Dr. Nasser Al-Jizawi, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, indicated that Benha University is the only African university that participated in this competition, where student Mustafa Ayman Mustafa, Chinese Language Department, Faculty of Arts, participated with a video of his design.

Entitled "From the Silk Industry..to the Making of History", in which it reviewed the history of Egyptian-Chinese relations and the participation of Benha University in the executive office of the Silk Road since 2015 to become the first university in the Middle East within the formation of the alliance's executive office.

It is worth noting that the Alliance of Universities of the Silk Road Countries; It includes more than one hundred universities in more than 60 countries in the continents of Asia, Europe and Africa and their economies are considered to be about 30% of the global economy, which is an important achievement and affirms an academic commitment between universities of these countries for joint academic and scientific cooperation for cultural exchange and that these universities work to enhance friendship and bonds of understanding between Its students and professors.

The governor of Matrouh, receives the undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for the new, stressing the importance of completing the educational process. Books Mohamed Sawabi. Major General Khaled Shuaib, Governor of Matrouh, received in his office this morning Atef Salama, Director of the new Education Directorate in the governorate.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Governor of Matrouh welcomed the new Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, stressing the importance of completing the march and making all efforts to provide an outstanding educational service for our children and provide a safe environment for students, especially in light of the exceptional circumstances and the Corona pandemic, with interest in developing future plans to advance the educational process in the governorate, pointing to the provision of all Permanent and continuous support, cooperation and coordination to improve the education sector in the governorate and to achieve benefit for our students.
