 Writer Sally Atef also assumed the position of official in charge of Dream Radio in the city of "Juba" in the State of South Sudan, in addition to her position as editor-in-chief of Al-Sabah newspaper, and she is currently working as president of the African Dream Foundation 2063.

The African Dream Foundation is one of the institutions that seeks to integrate the people of the African continent with their various cultures, in addition to working to make the difference the strength of the union like the country of Singapore, and the Foundation aims to provide medical aid such as medical convoys as well as educational aid, such as training and entertainment programs for African children and other programs for youth. Writer Sally Atef launched her first book, entitled "Mandela of the South", which was released in 2019 AD. At the beginning of 2020, her second book was published, under the title "An African Woman" presented by the great Egyptian scientist Farouk El-Baz. The book narrates the stories of nearly 30 countries. It deals with its customs and traditions, the lives of its people, its investment opportunities, and the nature of political and social life.
