Cars were lined up on all his roads, every lane he walked through, he found cars there and there, he liked their turning, so he worked with their design and decided to integrate into this art despite his young age, so whenever he himself ventured into a free time, he created a new design of this kind, the city of Rabat, the capital of morocco gave Khalid ilzeen, 20, a unique start in supporting his capabilities.
How did Khalid acquire the art of drawing?
He learned Ilzeen, the arts of drawing at the age of ten, he acquired this elegant talent from his brother, as his family is full of talents, and he says :'' I would have liked to take his pen and write in his school books, and then I had a talent for drawing. "
The Moroccan designer showed his love for drawing cars in particular. Cars were what he saw most on the street when he went out to play with his friends, as their shape, design and quality constantly flew before his eyes.
His father was his first supporter in developing his talent, as he advised him to publish his paintings and designs on social media and bring these designs out to the light.
Special stories with car design
Khaled Al-Zn, during his school days, while sitting among his classmates, wandering his pens on the papers, playing in his small world, unleashed his imagination to global heights, but that did not prevent him from achieving good points in the entirety of his exams.
The Moroccan painter reached fifteen years of age, then he got acquainted with an artist from Ouarzazate, a "Moroccan city" who always put his paintings on the road, and he liked his drawing as he used to draw the ancient reeds in southern Morocco, and he adds, then I learned from him some techniques used except in how Use of colors and create a painting of wood and top.
After studying ilzeen, for mathematical sciences in the first international department with the elite of the school, he gave up drawing for a period of study, but upon reaching the baccalaureate department, he was preoccupied with the journalistic activities that one of his teachers was organizing with the "Mohammed VI" Foundation for the Protection of the Environment. With the help of the team, he managed to obtain First place prize at the level of the State of Morocco.
From engineering to arts dreams and plans
After the Moroccan designer obtained his baccalaureate degree, he was unsuccessful to study in the preparatory departments, "the College of Engineering" .. and it represented one of its difficult stages. He had only left the College of Fine Arts, so he joined it, and learned from his professors new techniques such as expression with magazine papers or drawing with natural materials such as charcoal Etc.
Khalid ilzeen was able to develop in his very personal work and began to paint some paintings that deal with different issues, such as smoking, but he was only influenced by the design of cars that people bring in from all places to stroll in the city.
Why did Khaled choose the German designer to be his role model?
Ilzeen is considered his ideal in painting by the German designer Metja Burkert, and he believes that the culture of plastic art in Morocco did not appear as in Europe, and he adds, one difference between the two cultures is that Europeans live in an environment where there are many drawings in the walls and ancient artistic sculptures that they see until It has become part of their culture, however, art in Morocco is famous for its Andalusian motifs, which we see in the mosque and in some ancient countries, such as Rabat, Essaouira and Casablanca.
His dreams have no ceiling, but he is thinking of studying abroad in the field of car design, or studying interior design, which he is currently studying, at the College of Art.
