War is inevitably the first enemy in front of art, as the sound of the detonation of bombs diminishes the sound of the radio and the movements of tanks close theaters, fear that lingers over hearts and escaping from the bitter reality kills music.

But the talented Muhammad Musto, wanted his pens not to die, no matter how much the screams, and even if his house was demolished and his paintings rose, but he wanted them to remain, embracing the pens' breath in the arms of the paintings.

Muhammad Mastu started practicing the art of drawing since the elementary school stage, his family encouraged him, and then my art teacher and his friends at the school.

Drawing is a special mood and he draws to develop his talent and practice his hobby, perhaps trying to escape from the impact of war, or breathe new air other than that stained with the blood of the daily missile strikes on his city, Aleppo.

He did not participate in an exhibition before and did not receive prizes for his paintings, but he feels that people's love and appreciation for him is the major prize. He stopped studying after high school and the war prevented him from completing his studies.

Muhammad Mastu, takes advantage of all his spare time to paint, especially, and despite his experimentation with various materials in drawing, he prefers drawing with lead, black ink, and oil colors.

Muhammad Musto wishes to develop his level of painting until he reaches the world with his paintings and has his name and artistic touch in the whole world.

His talk about his homeland makes you feel pain, that country in which the voices of art have faded and the sound of art has become absent due to the war, a future whose destinations have collapsed, perhaps painting is that light that comes out the last dark tunnel, or as he says

We are drawing even what remains in us negative energy from the results of the war.
