Music emanates from her soul, everything around her is singing with melodies when she plays a piece, the nightingales echoing with her, the tree branches flutter with joy, the universe dances with the happiness of her bursting heart deep in its arteries .. These are the stations of a journey of joy experienced by Hajar Essam, the Upper Egyptian violinist.
Hajar studies at Minya University, College of Education, and specializes in studying the music that she chose from an old love story that began since she joined the national band in the Minya Culture Palace. She told "First Page": "Music in my life represents something very important to me, because I am not only studying it in college, nor am I in the field of music from my childhood."
Hajar was interested in music training programs and was keen to attend music training courses even before her enrollment in the university. All that concerns her is to develop her level and performance, to become a great musician, and she has her mark in the world of Egyptian art.
Hajar is able to play many musical instruments, such as the piano, the recoord, and the xperia machine, as she can combine between her level the academic and practical lessons she acquires at the university, as well as direct application in the national ensemble.
A state of competition she was going through when her hands touched the strings of the violin, something whispering to herself and pushed her to success. She adds, "When I was a performer at the beginning, I felt that I was in competition and that I had to excel among my colleagues in the field of playing."
The violinist hopes that music in Minya will be the focus of many people's attention, for its ability to change the culture of people, soften their nerves, and keep them away from tension and problems. She strives to be an opera player: "This is a need that the entire Arab or international world talks about, and this is my confidence in my Lord."
And she concludes: "I have my family, all of them encourage me, and Rabab is one of the most people who gave me hope in the opera and that I will be a valuable thing in the future. I do not like all people to teach their children music because it is a good thing and deserves adventure."
