From chemistry labs to the culinary scene, will Mariam's products conquer the Egyptian market?





Self-building starts from the premise of planning for the future, that you define your goal and set plans for it and then implement  It is not important when you start or from where it is important for you to have the motivation for this, and this is the logical approach that Mariam Mahrous walked towards, in order to build her future and realize herself every What she cares about is to make herself

Maryam graduated in 2016 from the Faculty of Science, Department of Applied Chemistry, and she chose to study this field because of her love for industries in general and its composition, and soon she discovered herself in another field, which is "cooking", although he too does not stray far from industries and innovations that are indispensable to all of us.

Maryam's father, always encouraging her to innovate in cooking, pushed her to conquer the kitchen and put her magic touches on various dishes. He was keen to support her connection in this field since her childhood and fate wanted to get out of the kitchen her project and her dream for the future.

Morbem discovered her love for making food and innovation in the culinary arts. The point of attraction between her and this profession has reached the point of studying each individual dish in terms of its composition, method of preparation and the extent of innovation in it.

Maryam was interested, in the beginning, in the field of cupcakes and cakes, out of her love for drawing and her ability to be creative in it, and from here she decided to start his project that came to light in 2018, after she worked as "Medical Rib" immediately after her graduation.

At the beginning of this year, Maryam was interested in supporting her talent and love for the field of cooking by studying it and bringing various tools that help her to achieve her products, and then this interest in following the chefs through social networking sites and various Internet windows, especially YouTube.

Maryam was keen to try all the recipes she learned and to listen to the advice of her friends and others working in the field of the culinary profession, and she received great encouragement from everyone.

Maryam, in the field of cooking, found herself in the field of cooking as if she had found her way despite the great difference between her field of study and cooking.

Maryam has received many training courses to develop her own abilities and skills in the culinary field, most notably a grant offered by the European Union and Misr El-Khair, and she is currently working to expand her small project, which she is working hard to see in the future as one of the biggest brands in Egypt,

Maryam is, thanks to her professor, “Chef Syed Maher,” who trained under him in the training program and led her to love the culinary profession and encouraged her to innovate.
