Chef Diesel succeeded in being the first Arab and the first Egyptian to work for the English agency that monitors wildlife "National Geographic" in addition to his love for humanitarian and volunteer work as he was a member of the relief committee for victims of Congolese forest fires, as well as a member of the civil war victims relief team in Kinshasa in the Congo, and also worked as a volunteer chef in the camps for victims of the civil war in Sierra Leone.


 His adventurous spirit, his love of exploration, and his fear of not taking risks helped him to ascend the second highest mountain in the world, the Kilimanjaro Mountains in Kenya.

Chef Diesel is distinguished by his love to learn different languages, and in every country he used to strive to learn the language of its people, despite his mastery of the English language, which is the most widely used of the world's languages, his multiple travel to African countries made him learn the Swahili language perfectly.

The secret of naming Chef Diesel, by this name, goes back to his Italian professor who hinted in him a love of learning, speed of response and accuracy of workmanship, so he only called him this name until he became famous with him.

Chef Diesel is known, among his colleagues and friends in the culinary profession, with extreme seriousness, honesty and sincerity. This may have made him a modern media destination for marketing and presenting programs.

Chef Diesel presented two programs whose first program was broadcast under the title "Full Fat" on the Al Wasfa channel, which is an electronic blog, and the "Recipe on the Walk" program, whose episodes won the admiration of many amateurs and lovers of the culinary profession.

Chef Diesel provides a training program at the Naqoush Academy in cooperation with the Skills Development Bank and the City and Giles Foundation, as well as a member of the training and teaching staff at the Aroma School of Culinary Arts, which includes the most skilled and best chefs in the Middle East and the Arab world.
